This new, now well-known,
conductor has become highly popular; it resists galloping with
changing wind-attack profile, and shows low aeolian vibration
and sub-conductor oscillation.

T-2 conductorTM ,
Kaiser Aluminum Patent No. 3.659.038, is cataloged by the
appropriate single conductor name, i.e. Partridge T-2 = 2 x
266.8 kcmil ACSR 26/7 conductors.

Construction
|
|
This new conductor consists of a
pair of identical conductors twisted about each other with a
long lay.
T-2 conductor is available in
AAC, stranded aluminum conductor; AAAC, stranded aluminum
alloy conductor; and ACSR, aluminum conductor steel
reinforced.
